When you place an order on our website, you commit to buy the items in that order at the price indicated at the time of purchase including any delivery fees, taxes and custom duties where applicable. You order is subject to our acceptance and might be held for reasons such as ineligibility, inability to confirm payment authorization, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions and stock availability. Your order is only confirmed when you receive a notification from us. Any items held in your basket, will not be reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
Please allow up to 3 business days for processing at our fulfillment center before your order is shipped.
Once Orders are placed they cannot be changed. Returns can still be made. Bonelement is not responsible for unforeseen delays due to the courier service.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once delivered or an incorrectly entered address. Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer's address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing or stolen items with the appropriate Postal Carrier or credit card.
Delivery will take 1-2 business days.
Orders outside of our working hours (9am - 6pm) and/or on any UAE public holiday will be deemed placed on the following UAE working day.
We reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge when your order is not accepted at the address supplied to us on the confirmed date of delivery.
Please note that our driver will contact you through the phone number provided at checkout to inform you on the delivery of your order. After 3 attempts to deliver, your order will be returned to us and you should contact our team to arrange a re-delivery.
If a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any original, return or re-delivery charges. Bonelement is not responsible for failure or delay of delivery for reasons outside our reasonable control.
