Refund policy

Please return all items in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, damaged, in its original packaging, sellable condition with its original tag within 15 days from the receiving date. Items with make-up stains, odor or any other type of alterations won’t be accepted back and will be returned to customers.

For returns and exchanges, click in your account tab on the right corner of our website, procced to “my orders” select the item that you would like to return and click in the return button. Our team will receive your request and will send your request to our courier company that will contact you to arrange a pick-up of your item. Once we receive your item, allow us seven days to process the return and avail a store credit voucher for you in our website so you can purchase another item with it. The store credit will be available for another purchase in your account minus the re-shipping fee for the period of 90 days.
You may either use the store credit coupon to order the size that suits you or you can order another item of your choice by paying the difference, if any.
Only first return label of any item is free, to get a 2nd replacement for the same order, additional shipping fee will be charged.

We will pay for the shipping of your returned item. Although, unfortunately we cannot refund shipping and handling fees of your initial order and the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees which will be 20 dhs flat rate.

All sale items are final and non-refundable. All items bought with store credit vouchers cannot be exchanged. The flat rate of 20 dhs will be charged for the shipping of items bought with gift vouchers.

We reserve the right to return any item that does not comply with our return policy.
